   increased stress results in increased productivity--up to a point. however, this level differs for each of us. it's very much like the stress on a violin string. not enough produces a dull. harsh sound. too much makes sharp, annoying noir, or causes the string to snap. however, just the right degree can create magnificent tones. similarly, we all need to find the proper level of stress that promotes optimal performance, and enables us to make harmonious music. good health is more than just the absence of illness. rather, it is a very robust state of physical and emotional well being that acknowledges the importance and inseparability of mind/body relationships. in the next program. i hope you will join me in the pursuit of learning how to exploit stress, so that it can work for you. and make you more productive, rather than self-destructive.

压力

六年级了,不不知不觉就在书海中漫游了六年了,想到这些,我感到有些惊讶,但马上又被一种莫名的压力取代。此时,我的心里不知为什么那么沉重,像被一块石头压着似的。我看着眼前的成堆的复习资料,有种想哭的感觉。是啊!这个社会为什么就这么现实呢?现实得让才十一岁的我就意识到了。

记得老师常挂在嘴边的一句话:学习其实很简单,只不过是你自己把它想像得太复杂罢了。学习是简单的?既然是老师说的,我就照着做了。从一年级到五年级,我只是天天在认真地完成老师布置的任务,从不给自己添加负担。我就这样度过了五年,说句实话,很轻松。但,六年级的时候,我不得不在那句话前面加上五个字:至少是现在。

刚踏入六年级的时候,我和以往一样,像个小女孩似的无忧无虑地生活着。一个月后,我发现了,老师一改往常对我们慈祥的态度,对我们严格了起来。我也明白老师的良苦用心,这个学期的期末考试直接关系到升中学。我们的科任课全停了,家庭作业也跟着增多了,看着这些变化,我们也只能无奈地摇摇头,用“大家都在学,我当然也不能落后喽!”这样的话来安慰自己。其实,我们的心里却是无比的痛苦。

玩是孩子的天性,可是随着年龄的增加,我们这种天性渐渐被学习贪婪地剥夺了,面对这一切,我们只能把委屈的眼泪往肚子里咽。时间一长,这种天性就被彻底地磨灭了。用老师和家长的话来说:嗯,不错。有个学生样。可是,谁又知道,我们的“学生样”都是被无数双眼睛给逼出来的呢?

语文:语文最突出的就是作文了,不用问,老师的办法就是三个字:背范文。我们不得不全都拿起沉重的书本开始无奈地背。背就背吧,问题是老师让我们背的全都是那种“祖宗级”作文。对于“祖宗级”我们的定义是游记,写人。当然了,这些都是最常考得,但是,我们念起那一个个字,全都进不去心里。因为,这些题目,我们似乎已经形成了免疫,看到这些俗套的题目就觉得头疼。

数学:背公式!呵,背吧!看着那密密麻麻的小字,我们不禁苦笑:背不下来也得背啊!迫于无奈,我们只能硬着头皮看下去。看着看着,觉得眼皮都耷拉了下来。这可不行,吃点提神的东西吧。哎,一天就这样没有意义的过去了。

英语:我们班最头疼的一门课,天书似的字母,弄得我们一个个脑袋都大了。我们那些“有才”的哥们姐们便东串串西串串去互相去讲题了。好不容易轻完了英语题,伴着一声冰冷的铃声,我们又进入了那想恨又不敢恨的学习。

离期末考试只有三周了,我们一个个全都成了“书呆子”。我猜,这次的考试成绩肯定会很好,但是,这个成绩,是用我们的童心换来的,还无形当中给我们增加了很多压力。我们该沉思乙个问题:这笔交易,真的是值得的吗?

压力重重

粗略计算了下,我一个小学生,压力竟然超大,难道真如书上说的,有很多优等生得心理疾病?哎,关于压力,我就很熟悉,因为我就属于那种被压力折磨的优等生。 “中小学生减负”号召已经响了两年了,但我看来只有5%的进展,一些学习班好像平时不受教育局管制,他们的乐趣就是给孩子布置作业(作文除外),英语、数学、科学……加起来是超负额的作业,害得我须半夜起来瞒着家长做作业。平时,根本没空挤出时间。加上有些家长不懂教育,以为教育就是靠打骂,更是加重了孩子的精神压力。 郑渊洁,就是那位靠写皮皮鲁出名的作家曾写过一篇文章:大灰狼罗克的儿子小罗克一出生下来,罗克就觉得任何天赋他都有,报了一个又一个的培训班,结果是本来长大可以当副总统的儿子被断送了,长大只能当个二流导演。罗克只好退掉所有培训班,结果小罗克成了伟大的狐狸狼作家。这个故事告诫我们,学习像一壶水,天赋像木柴,没有足够的木柴,就烧不成这一壶水。硬要烧这壶水,只能添加压力,毫无用处。 压力,你扼杀了无数天才(包括我),你快住手吧!

压力化解动力

到了五年级下半年才知道学习的压力有多重,课有多紧。这不,妈妈给我报了数学班,如果妈妈再给我办作文班的话,我的周末时间就彻底被学习吞没了。

我刚上数学班的第一天,妈妈回家就问我:“听得怎末样?能跟上吗?老师讲的能听懂吗?”妈妈的问话,把我原本很高兴的心情弄低落了,大人们为什么总爱问这些啊!听得我也很晕。我说:“恩,挺好的,老师出了一张卷纸,让我们做,做完了在判对错,然后又给我们讲,只要就是除了长方体正方体表面积和棱长以外的一些填空,判断,选择,原来有的一些题不会,老师一讲全会了。”过了一会儿,妈妈说:“这次月考如果3课没达到90分以上就找你们老师去。”我说:“妈,别啊!关老师什么事呀,我自己不学找什么老师呀!会给我很大压力的。”“就是要给你压力,要不你能学习吗?”我妈说。

我座在椅子上,拿着英语书,一边背一边想,学习不是很好吗?为何不把压力化解动力呢?

哎,学习之事说来话长…现且听我慢慢道来…

几年前,我们还是一个矮矮的淘气小家伙,跨着幼稚的步伐踏进了学校,开始了漫长的学习生涯。

从1到10000000,1cm到1km,1平方米到1平方千米,数学课程没停止过脚步;(www.61k.com]从拼音到写字,到词语,到成语,到句子,到作文,语文课程也没停止过脚步;从a,b,c,d到单词,到语法,英语更没停止过脚步……学习的路程越走越长,我们的书包越来越重,学习越来越紧。到底哪里是头呢?

因此,学习被告上法庭。

开庭时,法庭上,原告喋喋不休……

书包一纸诉讼:我的包袱最重!干干净净的肚子的里面全是个教科书、作业、本子、考卷什么的,里面像个垃圾堆一样。而且每次比每次重,寿命到了,我们就因坏损被主人丢弃了,真是天大的冤枉呐!呜…呜…法官大人快帮帮我们啊!

笔们一纸诉讼:我们真可怜啊!原本个个漂漂亮亮的,结果因为要做N+N+N+N+N的作业,所以我们不得不整天工作完了还要工作,每天加班工作,有时还得通宵呢!因此,我们很多的兄弟因为体质较差,生病了:缺胳膊少腿(零件没了)、血没了(墨汁用光了)、有了皮肤病(用得太脏!),真是惨不忍睹啊!呜…呜…法官大人快帮我们来做回主啊!

书本一纸诉讼:我们才倒霉呢!原本干净的身子好好的,结果--结果--变成了现在这个死样子了,写的字又多又乱又密又脏!皮好好的, 结果--结果--都被弄裂开来了!这像什么样子啊!呜…呜…法官大人快帮洗清冤屈,还我们一个清白啊!

脑袋一纸诉讼:我们好辛苦啊!总司令部一到开学就没了好日子过了,整天飞速运转(比光速还快啊!),思考完这还有那,做完语文,数学!作完数学,英语!该死的题目真是难死脑袋我们了啊!外星智慧才做差不多吧!呜…呜…法官大人快帮打倒学习帝国主义啊。

十只手指一纸诉讼:我们最累啦!那N+N+N+N+N的作业还不是我完成的嘛?做完真累得我昏过去了呢!小小的手上,都有老茧了呢,怎么能够这样对我们啊,我们真哑巴吃黄连——有苦说不出啊,呜…呜…法官大人快帮我们摆脱困境吧!

众原告齐声:打倒学习啊!

学习难过地听完,说:“这能怪我吗?学习是为你们好!我臭名远扬,真是冤死!冤死!!冤死!!!冤死!!!!

压力大的不得了

在六年级的旅行已经要过去一半,可是我的压力还没有消去一半。我的对手前几次已经和我战的双方那个叫落花流水啊。考场就是我们的战场,每当考数学时,我都会提心吊胆,生怕自己丢了分。可考语文和英语时,我会轻轻松松的答完卷子,而我的对手却愁眉苦脸。

虽然还没到期末考试的时候,但我们班简直都沸腾起来了,一个个的,下课简直都没有一个人去上厕所。都在教室里写作业,我当然也是其中一员啦!老师要求我在班里要不离前三。天哪,他对我的要求也太高了吧,本来我的压力都够重的了,现在他又给我加重。哼,我都快被压死了!光是我的死对头我都已经够烦的了,现在我们全班都要老老实实的听老师每天念经,唠唠叨叨,说什么现在不好好学长大以后就怎么样怎么样的,我只能用一个字来形容他了:烦!

现在,每次考试,对手都屡屡战胜我,害的压力全都集中在了一起,让我成天学习,学习,再学习。让我我实在是受不了了。终于,有一天,压力下凡来找我了。我对压力说:“压力呀压力,请你别再让人们有压力了,好吗”?压力笑咪咪的答应了我。可是,没有了压力,同学们无论是下课还是上课,都去上厕所,结果老师气得吐血不知道该说什么好。司机没有了压力,都闭着眼在街上开车。结果引发了许多交通事故。播音员没有了压力,在新闻上胡言乱语。老师没有了压力,到大学了还教学生12345......

我看着这一切,不禁朝天喊道:“压力,你快给我回来”!

我在压力中成长

压力,像一座大山,压在了你身上,如果你愿意把它顶起来,你就能在压力中茁壮成长。如果你懒得将它顶起来的话,你就永远将成为它的阶下囚。

刚进入校门,我就有了压力。我必须做老师眼中的好学生,上课时小手放在后面,小眼睛看着黑板,小嘴巴不说话,下课了不要追打,不要做危险游戏……太多的不要,搞得我不知道到底要干嘛,那就干脆在教室里看书吧。考考考,老师的法宝。考好了老师高兴,同学羡慕,家长脸上有光彩,自己也乐在其中。要不然老师语重心长的教诲,家长严厉的训诫,铺天盖地而来,压得我喘不过气来。那没办法,我只好上课认真听讲,作业按时完成,有时间多看看课外书,积累优美词句,练习写作,练习英语口语。不过功夫还是不负有心人,我每年参加创新作文大赛总是可以获得市一等奖,去年的英语口语大赛我进入了省决赛而且获得了二等奖,赢得了学校领导的表扬。荣誉证书、奖状有一摞了,我可不是自吹哦。

在家里我们要做爸爸妈妈的乖宝宝,这个不能吃,不卫生,那个不能玩,太危险或耽误学习。星期六星期天白天学习,晚上该休息了吧,不行,还得做一小时的奥赛题,读半小时的English。考试考好了,爸妈还是会唠叨:“宝贝还要加油啊,XX家的孩子比你考的好多了。”考不好的话,轻则骂一顿,重则“竹笋炒肉”打一顿。哎,可怜天下父母亲,都是望子成龙,望女成凤。我爸老是说:“我那时家庭条件不好,早早的就挣钱养家了,要不然也考上了大学。宝贝女儿,你要认真读书,爸爸我砸锅卖铁也要送你上大学……”你说我能不认真吗?老爸想要在我身上实现他的梦想,所以啊我只有努力在努力咯。不过还好呀,刚开始吧还有点不情愿,现在啊我把压力都转换成了动力,我快乐学习,开心玩耍。

现在的我是爸妈眼中的好孩子,老师心中的好学生,同学心目中的好榜样。我还是有压力,我怕我哪个地方做不好做不了大家的榜样。不过,我相信自己在压力中不断的成长!同学们记住我的话吧,有压力才会有动力,我们现在的压力和大人们在社会上的压力比起来算得了什么呢?所以,我们一起加油吧!

我的压力好大

又是一个双休日,大家在家里上上网、玩玩电脑,还打打游戏,都开心极了,我却讨厌双休日。

每个星期六,我刚做完作业,唠叨的妈妈就来说了:“陆俊杰,陆俊杰,过来!我从网络上找了一些数学、语文、英语的学习卷子,你快出来做吧!”一做又是两三个小时。

到了中午,烦人的爸爸下班回来了,问我:“陆俊杰,陆俊杰,五年级下个学期的英语课文预习没有?” 我低下了头,不好意思地说:“还没有呢!”爸爸大发雷霆:“赶快给我预习去!”我又伤心地离开了大厅,走进了书房,开始专心致志地看书。

下午更是忙活,两点到四点要上英语补习班。上完了之后,回来还要复习一下当天所学的课文。接着,再预习下一次准备学习的课文。做好之后,还要默写我不熟悉的生字词——不是一天这样,而是天天都这样。

爸爸妈妈,我知道你们很爱我,望子成龙。但是,你们夺去了我玩的时间。当同学们谈起这一个寒假或双休日是怎么过的时候,我默默地站在一边说不出话来。爸爸,我的压力太大了!妈妈,我好想休息呀!

我每一天都生活在这样的痛苦中!

学习路漫长

8:00作业完成后背英语和单词,快的话9:30慢的话11:00 10:00都有可能.

最后就是休息了啦~~~

想一想,忙碌的一天结束了,终于可以休息了.但是想想第2天的到来我不言而欲......

We have recently held a class meeting to discuss the pressure upon everyone of us Senior Three students. At the meeting everyone expressed their own opinions on how to get relieved from pressure.

Pressure comes from all around: from the heavy load of learning, from the fierce competition, from teachers, and from parents. Pressure may affect our studies if there’s too much of it. However, if taken positively, a certain amount of pressure may help push us ahead.

Whenever I find there’s too much pressure, I choose to work out or listen to some light music, which seems to be quite effective. I strongly recommend that when you feel much too stressed, you stop whatever you are doing, get out into the open, take a deep breath, and start thinking of something positive.

I have to sit at desk and do my homework, which can not be finished until midnight, I'm tired of doing much homework, get bored at taking so many exams, and lose interest in studying.

Teachers, please get rid of homework and examinations. Examinations are nothing but anxiety-makers. Homework is nothing but interest-killers.

Teachers, we can learn more outside the classroom. Classroom gives us limited kinds of information. We can only learn some dead knowledge from the , please set us free, and let us learn more outside the classroom

Nowadays Chinese students, who are facing firece competance, are under great stress.  First, they always have endless homework to do. it is quite common to see a primary student work til 12 o'clock to finish the work. Second, students' spare time is occupied by various training classes. Many parents wish their children to be versatile, so they send them to learn drawing, dancing, singging, playing the piano, and so on, which bring a lot of burden to the students. Third, students have to face the ranking. Ranking system is applied nearly by every Chinese school, which is a way for the teachers to measure the learning quality of students. However, the ranking system makes students nervous, and in order to get a better result, they have to work harder and harder. If the result is unsatisfied, the students probably wil be abused by parents.  All in all, nowadays students are under great stress, which casts shadow on their childhood and even adolescence. Therefore, as far as I am concerned, we should give students more spare time, to enjoy life, to have closer touch to the nature, and to spend more time to play and communicate with their peers and parents.
