五 : 网申必知关键词

      网申简单说就是大公司从成千上万的申请者中寻找出他们中意的人。举个例子,如果有1000人申请一个职位,首先代理企业网申的招聘网站会根据一些硬性指标,例如:学历、英语能力等删掉将近一半甚至是80%的申请者,然后根据不同的成绩、学历、工作经历、奖学金、学生工作经历等,给剩下的200个人打分。因此,一些网审中常用的关键词、企业的指标和招聘准则不可不知。  学校:重点大学,即211工程学校,多数知名公司及职业中介机构以全国名牌大学作为衡量申请者的重要标准。
  专业:知名企业基本对专业没有严格要求,但对于明确要求专业的职位,一定要突出自己的专业及获得的与专业相关的认证。
  英语:硬性指标大多要求四六级,新四六级则必须超过一定分数(425分左右),若有托福等国外考试高分成绩则可加分,能体现出口语能力则是非常抢眼的。
  实习经历:尽量突出自己在500强、知名企业或与职位相关行业的优秀公司实习的经历,实习时间至少半年,可以显示自己的ability,能够真正了解并学习到公司的一些工作流程及行业信息。
